He is a trained and certified Psychologist by the (Defence Institute of psychological research, New Delhi). He is a qualified human behaviour analyst and evaluator of personality profile of candidates seeking selection as officers in the Indian Armed Forces. He has acquired immense experience in assessment and as a psychologist at the 14 SSB, Allahabad one of the largest Service Selection Boards in India and has assessed over 3000 candidates. Later, he served as Joint Director Recruitment (Officer Selection) at Army Headquarters, New Delhi and was responsible for all the ten Service Selection Boards and handled entire process of officers selection. He has nurtured young talent to become leaders of the Armed Forces as an Instructor at the Indian Military Academy, Dehradun.

Wg Cdr Rajan Krishnamurti

Wg Cdr Rajan Krishnamurti retd is a qualified interviewing officer with over 30000 interviews spanning nearly five years. He is a pilot with nearly 6000 hrs in various transport aircraft. He has worked in Air force academy as chief ground instructor, and in Air HQ. He has been a senior interviewing officer at no. 1 AFSB Dehradun and he has liaisoned with army and naval SSB and DIPR during standardisation exercise. He has been associated with CPSS at AFSB and is a gifted coach and mentor. He has the uncanny ability to pick up weakness in a candidate and groom them to overcome it.
